2:51pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of South 14th Street, Grand Junction.

3:34pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

3:55pm: Angeline Graham 58 of Jefferson was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
