The ADM Tigers wrestling team had their final meet of the 2019 portion of their schedule, with a match at North Polk, and had some excellent success with numerous wrestlers putting up good finishes and high standings at the end.
The ADM Tigers were led by their do it all senior Kaden Sutton, who upped his record to 14-0 and captured his 3rd tournament championship as well. After receiving a bye in the quarterfinal round, Sutton went out and won both of his matches on the day, including a championship bout over Forest City’s Austin Kelso in a 7-1 decision.
Other ADM wrestlers had a very good day as well, with Noah Kahler finishing 2nd on the day at the 195 pound mark, and Ben Smith finishing 3rd as he put on another solid performance on the day.
For ADM, they will have some time off before after having a new match that will hit the 2020 year, but lot of positives can be taken away for this young team after the performance that they had this last weekend.
