The Greene County FFA chapter recently inducted new members into its organization.

A FFA Jacket Ceremony was held to welcome 24 new members on December 15th. As part of the ceremony, the Greene County Cattlemen’s Association donated funds to provide for the iconic blue corduroy jackets for each new member. The beef producers group also offers scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Applications are available at Greene County or Paton-Churdan high schools.

This is the fourth year the Greene County Cattlemen’s Association has given money toward new FFA jackets.
