The Greene County Medical Center recently hired a new provider.
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Heather Wilson will be in the Greene County Family Medicine Clinic offering behavioral health services. Wilson is board certified and will treat patients dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorder, substance abuse, autism spectrum, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and other mental health disorders. Her focus is on health promotion and disease prevention for children through geriatrics.
Wilson previously worked with the medical center in the Women’s Health Clinic, before leaving to earn her master’s degree. She has her registered nurse degree from Mercy College of Health Sciences, a bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain University and her master’s from Maryville University. She will start providing services on January 6th.
