Basketball teams will be hitting the court tonight in Guthrie Center for a Guthrie County matchup.

Panorama will make the very quick trip for a double header against AC/GC. The girl’s matchup will start the evening. Panorama was the winner in their two games last year winning 62-48 in Panora then 60-47 later on in Guthrie Center. AC/GC will lean on their big trio of Alaina Bunde and Kennedy and Kylie Young. The Chargers will have to slow down Panorama sophomore Payton Beckman, which is much easier said than done as she enters the game averaging 18 points per game.

The boy’s matchup was just as lopsided with Panorama coming away with a season sweep last year. For the Panthers to get the first win against the Chargers this season, they’ll need a big night from their three double-digit scorers in Zach Rizzuti, Malachi Peasley, and Kolby Shackelford. AC/GC has been led so far by their senior duo Quynton Younker and Bryce Littler.
