A draft of an all-terrain and off-road utility vehicle ordinance will be reviewed at the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors’ meeting today.

The Board will also consider approval for hiring Northland Public Finance for refinancing of general obligation debt paid by wind turbine revenues, and approving Iowa Communities Assurance Pool property and liability insurance documents for 2020. They’ll also review the courthouse grounds policy, consider aligning a health insurance policy for the updated county handbook, and consider a fiscal year 2020 amendment for repayment of the county’s general obligation 911 bond. They will then meet at 1 p.m. with Sheriff Marty Arganbright and representatives of Shive-Hattery Architecture and Engineering and The Samuels Group to prepare for the law enforcement center addition referendum community meetings.

The Board meets at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
