Paton-Churdan and West Central Valley play a non-conference girl/boy basketball doubleheader tonight in Churdan and both games will be broadcast on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com. Coverage begins at 5:45 p.m. with the girls playing at 6 p.m. and the boys to follow.

Both P-C teams have won two games and lost two games. The girls are coming off a 54-32 Rolling Hills Activities Conference victory at Coon Rapids-Bayard on Friday night. Junior Danielle Hoyle is among the area’s leading scorers regardless of school site at more than 20 points per game. The Rockets won their first two boys’ games of the season, but have dropped their last two.

WCV started 4-0 in girls’ basketball, but stands at 4-2 after losing their last two. On the boys’ side, the Wildcats are 1-5 and have lost their last five games.
