The former Grand Junction Fire Chief has pled not guilty to drunk driving.
According to court documents, 39-year-old Thomas Launderville, in a written arraignment, pled not guilty to his second offense for an OWI. Launderville is accused of driving a Grand Junction Rescue ambulance drunk as he other first responders were responding to a medical call in Grand Junction at 11:31pm on November 1st. Court documents show Launderville has waived his right to a speedy trial. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
