Wednesday, December 11th

1:10pm: Adam Michael Winger 39 of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for Violation of Probation.

1:35pm: A deputy assisted with a welfare check on resident in the 700 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction.

3:15pm: Deputies assisted with a tractor/trailer versus pick up head-on accident in the 900 block of V Avenue. Greene County Ambulance, Grand Junction Fire, Jefferson Fire, Iowa State Patrol and Iowa Department of Transportation were at the scene. LifeFlight was requested to the scene to transport. The Iowa State Patrol investigated the accident.

3:18pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of 8th Street in Scranton.

5:01pm: Tanisha Kathleen Rice 44 of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for Violation of Protective Order.

5:37pm: A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 1000 block of East Hagar Street in Grand Junction.

6:40pm: Jason William Shedahl 48 of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for Violation of Protective Order.

6:54pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the area of 600 block of 240th Street.

Thursday, December 12th

1:28am: A deputy assisted with removing a deer off from the roadway in the 1000 block of 220th Street.

8:40am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 1500 block of E Avenue.

10:04am: A deputy investigated a missing child complaint in the 600 block of Adrian Street in Churdan. The child was located shortly after call.

11:13am: A deputy investigated a theft complaint in the 900 block of Eagle Street in Scranton.

8:36pm: A deputy assisted with a welfare check on a subject walking in the 1900 block of 305th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
