The West Central Valley Wrestling team put on a good fight on Tuesday night against Panorama and VanMeter/Earlham but weren’t able to come away with any team victories. The Wildcats were able to get some good individual performances out of some wrestlers, that included Aiden Phippen and Weston Pote, all wrestlers who picked up two wins on the night.
WCV faced some stiff competition, but also had some wins on the night from Blaise Beane, amongst others helped them stay competitive. For the Wildcats, most of their wins came via the fall on the night, and have showed some aggression through their early season matches so far.
The Wildcats will be back on the mat soon, but will return to the practice mat today to work on their moves.
