6:55pm: John Henry Sabus 45 of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve a sentence.

7:17pm: Deputies investigated an anhydrous leak in the 2000 block of Neola Avenue. Greene County Ambulance assisted with the call.

8:38pm: A deputy investigated an intoxicated subject the 200 block of North Chestnut Street in Jefferson. Ted Lawrence Semke was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication 1st Offense.

9:43pm: Ted Lawrence Semke 42 of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for Public Intoxication 1st Offense.

Saturday, December 7th

7:37am: A deputy investigated a burglary complaint in the 1000 block of Sandoe Street in Grand Junction.

10:37am: A deputy assisted the City of Paton with an ordinance violation in the 200 block of West Paton Street.

11:46am: A deputy investigated an illegal hunting complaint in the 2000 block of Neola Avenue.

5:00pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop in the 900 block of South Elm Street.

6:15pm: Mark Wayne Mateer 57 of Osceola was booked into the Greene County Jail for Trespass 1st Offense.

6:27pm: A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 200 block of East Hager Street in Grand Junction.

7:26pm: David Michael Cannon 41 of Grand Junction was booked into the Greene County Jail for Probation Revocation.

7:28pm: A deputy investigated a possible domestic situation in the 200 block on 130th Street.

Sunday, December 8th

7:44am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 700 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction. Jerry Lavern Miller was placed under arrest for Domestic Abuse Assault – Display of a Weapon 1st Offense.

11:17am: a deputy assisted the Greene County Ambulance in the 2200 block of A Avenue.

11:20am: Jerry Lavern Miller 66 of Grand Junction was booked into the Greene County Jail for Domestic Abuse Assault – Display of a Weapon 1st Offense.

6:27pm: A deputy investigated a welfare check in the 700 block of East Main Street.

7:32pm: Luke Stephen Peter Pettey 28 of Des Moines was booked into the Greene County Jail for Carrying Weapons – Knife over 5 inches and Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine 1st Offense.

8:44pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 700 block of Main Street in Scranton.

Monday, December 9th

6:58am: A deputy assisted Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a motorist assist on Highway 30 and C Avenue.

9:01am: A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 700 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction.

9:19am: A deputy issued a salvage tag for a deer in the 1800 block of 195th Street. The deer was a result from being struck by a vehicle with minimal damage.

10:42am: A deputy investigated a theft of vehicle in the 1200 block of E Avenue.

11:27am: Jessica Jo Peterson 36 of Ogden, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Burglary 3rd Degree.

1:25pm: Martin John Tolsdorf 55 of Grand Junction, was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve sentence.

6:52pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street and Orchard Avenue.

9:21pm: A deputy removed a deer from off the roadway on 220th Street and K Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
