Wednesday, December 4th

2:07am: The Sheriff assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop at Vine Street and Reed Street.

5:05am: The Sheriff investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue. Kyle Harding 29 of Ogden struck a deer with his 2013 Dodge Ram causing an estimated 3,000 dollars damage.

4:40pm: Chantelle Wolf 36 of Rhodes was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

Thursday, December 5th

1:52am: A deputy investigated a complaint of smoke smell in a residence in the 1500 block of 235th Street. Plastic was found on stove that was on.

6:18am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on N Avenue near 190th Street.

10:33am: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of 8th Street, Grand Junction.

10:38am: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint on Linn Street, Scranton.

2:51pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 2000 block of Neola Avenue.

3:16pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of Hills Avenue, Churdan.

6:46pm: A deputy investigated a medical call in the 1500 block of 235th Street.

8:37pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 1000 block of Grant Street, Scranton.

11:15pm: Kevin Spurbeck 21 of Des Moines was arrested and booked into the jail for a Boone County arrest warrant for failure to appear.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
