The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Wrestling Team fell in a very close match to North Polk on Thursday Night by the score 37-36. ADM had a wonderful effort from numerous wrestlers, gettings wins at 120 from Ben Smith, at 132 from Kadin O’Connor, Dallas Twigg at 182, Justice Paulsen at 195, Thomas Boorn 220, and Kaden Sutton at the heavyweight position.

Paulson, Smith, Boorn, and Sutton all recorded falls for their victory, however North Polk put together a solid showing to get the victory. Two of the other matches were decided by decision for the Tigers, and one was a forfeit victory since North Polk had no one to wrestle at the certain weight class.

ADM will have their opportunity to redeem themselves on Saturday when they go to Dallas Center Grimes to play in a tournament.
