Joel Matthew Cochran, age 36 –homeless- was arrested in the 200 block of Jefferson St, Redfield for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, manner of conveyance-assembled unloaded gun, operation without registration card or plate, and no insurance.

Chase Brian Knowles, age 20 of 529 Cody Dr., Stuart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charges of eluding and possession of a controlled substance.

Jareth William Klages, age 25 of 9116 Valdez Dr., Urbandale was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Valerie Scar of Earlham was traveling in the 18000 block of D Ave., when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.

Caleb Spencer of Sigourney was traveling in the 35000 block of I Ave., when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00.
