Thanksgiving is tomorrow, which means several offices and businesses will be closed in Jefferson.

The Greene County Courthouse, Jefferson City Hall, Greene County Extension Office, Greene County Community Center, Greene County Chamber and Tourism Office, Jefferson Public Library and the Jefferson Post Office will be closed in observance of the holiday. Additionally, the library will close at 6pm tonight, and the Greene County Courthouse, Jefferson City Hall and the Extension Office will remain closed on Friday. Library staff reminds patrons, nothing is due to the library when it is closed for a holiday.
