The West Central Valley Wildcats Basketball team will be playing against a different team for the first time this season when they travel to take on Coon Rapids. This will be a big scrimmage for the Wildcats as they will get their first taste of varsity action on the year, and be able to try out different players and different lineups.

The Wildcats are coming off of a two win season from last year’s team, and will be replacing their top two scorers as well. This scrimmage will be key for guys who haven’t been on the floor in a varsity game as well, giving them an idea of what to expect once the games start to count next week.
