The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.
The meeting will begin with setting a time and date for a public hearing regarding the vacation of excess right-of-way on County Road F31. That will be followed by consideration of tax credit applications for disabled veteran homestead, homestead military, and family farm credits. Next, the Board will consider a resolution for utility valuations, as well as an appointment to the Board of Adjustment.
The Supervisors will then have discussion and possible action regarding a pair of topics involving the Emergency Management Department, including staffing and computers at the Emergency Operations Center, and a 28E agreement for Emergency Medical Services and fire mutual assistance. The meeting will conclude with a possible closed session to discuss pending litigation. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
