The first week of official practice for the Panorama boy’s basketball team is officially in the rear view mirror.
The Panthers went 13-11 and found a way to win eight of their last 11 games. Peasley told Raccoon Valley Radio that after a slow start, he saw the players buying into the program. For the Panthers to improve they’re going to have to lean on two of their top returning scorers. Panorama will bring back two of their top three weapons from a year ago. Senior Kolby Shackelford will be the top returner. Shackelford averaged 12.8 points per game. His 307 points scored was second on the team, and 12th in the conference. Junior Zach Rizzuti wasn’t far behind with his 11.8 points per game.
Panorama will start the season Friday, December 6th as they host Woodward-Granger.
