Joshua Halterman of Jefferson was traveling in the 16000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1500.00.

Tyler Scott Kinkade, age 26 of 3451 Easton Blvd., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.

Christopher Lee Smith, age 39 of 802 County Line Rd., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for forgery.

Britney Lynn Goudeaux, age 25 of 36 Norman Allen St., Elkton, MD., was arrested on warrants for ongoing criminal conduct, forgery, theft and identity theft.

Tyler Allen Brindle, age 26 of 726 8th St., Altoona was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Brady Jon Moss, age 45 of 2632 Emma Ave., Des Moines was arrested at S 62nd St and Wistful Vista Dr., for OWI, improper use of lanes and operation without registration.
