Greene County winter sports fans can make a day of it Saturday if they so choose. A free to the public wrestling Open House will be held in the middle school gym in Jefferson on November 23 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. A freewill donation lunch will be served. Fans will get to see and visit with the wrestlers and coaches, and in general, get ready for the 2019-20 season.

The Rams will be playing at Kuemper Catholic in Carroll on Saturday night in the annual Hall of Pride girls and boys basketball scrimmages. These will not count on the season record, but teams and officials will be in uniform, admission will be charged, and score will be kept. Girls start the evening at 6 p.m. with the boys to follow.
