The ADM Girls basketball team has some things they will be continuing to work on a lot of things in practice before their first basketball game of the year next Monday at Norwalk. One of the things that the Lady Tigers will be focused on offensively will be changing pace depending on the opponent and type of game.

The Lady Tigers have the athletes to play at both a fast pace while having the skilled players to slow it down and play a half court system as well. The Lady Tigers will look to attack quickly if they have numbers to work with or if they have quicker athletes on the floor compared to their opponent. They also can slow it down, if they need to melt some game clock or look to take a team out of rhythm.

If the lady Tigers can learn to execute both on the fast break and in the half court this year, the Lady Tigers could potentially have similar success compared to last year.
