Wednesday, November 13th

8:42am: A caller reported a male driving near Lincoln Way and Elm Streets with a Suspended Driver’s License. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle.

9:00am: An officer checked on a semi with mechanical issues in the 300 Block of South Elm Street.

9:11am: An officer was requested to speak to subjects in the 200 Block of North Elm Street about parking in the private parking lot for the Central Christian Church. The vehicles will be removed from the private property.

9:51am: Julie Mulder spoke with an officer concerning heavy foot traffic through her yard at 1301 North Elm Street. The officer suggested No Trespassing signs as a good place to start with the issue.

10:38am: Charlie Paniagua reported someone had stolen her Social Security Number and mail from 406 West Head Street. The officer is investigating.

2:10pm: Richie Burkhardt spoke with an officer concerning a Civil Issue with vehicle parts at 401 East McKinley Street.

7:21pm: A Traffic Stop was performed with a vehicle on 230th Street, near S Avenue which resulted in the arrest of Joseph Xavier Lay, 45 of Boone for, “Driving While Revoked – Serious, and Operation without Registration- Simple and Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability – Simple.”

7:55pm: The dispatcher received a 911 Call from a lost male. He did not know his location on 220th Street, but advised he was near cows. The officers checked and did not locate the male within the city limits.

8:42pm: A caller advised of a female walking on 220 th Street, near North Mulberry. The officers made contact with the walking female. She advised she had left her boyfriend’s residence, where she had been staying. She advised of an Order of Protection between the two and admitted they had been violating the order at 206 East Washington Street. Officers spoke to the male, who advised the same information. Officers arrested Jeremy Dale Eberle, 30 of Jefferson, and Elizabeth Celine Fischels, 31 of Webster City for, Violation of Protective Order – Simple.”

9:55pm: Stacy Jones reported a neighbor’s dog in her yard at 506 North Oak Street. Due to the previous entry, officers were unable to respond and will follow up with Jones at a later time.
