Don’t forget, the Perry and Adel-DeSoto-Minburn high school drama departments are holding their respective fall plays this weekend, and there are just a few more opportunities to see the shows.

The Perry High School play is called “The Only Thing Between Me and Total Awesomeness,” which opened last night. There is one final showing tonight at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center, with the doors open at 6:30. Tickets can be purchased at the show and cost $5 per person. Meanwhile, ADM’s fall production is called “In-Laws, Outlaws, and Other People,” which also premiered Friday evening. The show will be performed tonight at 7 p.m., and there will also be a 2 p.m. matinee tomorrow. The doors will open a half-hour prior to either show, and it will be performed in the high school auditorium. The cost to attend is $8 for adults and $6 for students and staff. Tickets can be purchased at the door or ahead of time online by going to admhs.booktix.com.

For both plays, all the proceeds will go back to the respective drama departments, and used to fund future productions.
