Wednesday, November 6th

3:30pm: A deputy investigated a truck that was in the ditch on J Avenue near 270th Street. Michael Hofbauer 36 of coon Rapids was arrested for operating while intoxicated 1st offense and failure to maintain control.

5:59pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Apple Avenue.

7:04pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on Quaker Avenue near 255th Street.

7:40pm: Michael Hofbauer 36 of Coon Rapids was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense and failure to maintain control.

7:49pm: A deputy investigated a snowmobile complaint at the Scranton City Park.

8:42pm: A deputy investigated a civil matter in the 1400 block of 160th Street.

11:16pm: A deputy investigated an assault on South 12th Street and Bennett Street in Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
