Louden Foster put on a great finish to a fantastic career for his West Central Valley cross country career after turning in a 4th place finish in class 2A boys Saturday in Fort Dodge. Foster put together back to back top five finishes at state his junior and senior years. Foster put together another great season, and his tremendous work ethic paid off with another tremendous season.

There will not be much of an offseason for Foster, as he is expected to be one of the top wrestlers for the Wildcats this year, after turning in a great season last year on the mat. Congrats to Louden Foster on a terrific cross country season and career.
