West Central Valley’s Louden Foster ran an excellent race on Saturday in route to a 4th place finish in the boys Class 2A race in Fort Dodge. Foster ran a good race with a time of 16 minutes and 25 seconds, concluding a career that saw him make it to state a few times and also finish in the top five in state races in back to back years.
Foster and West Central Valley had to make a transition up to class 2A from class 1A last year, but the senior had no trouble with the transition as he had a wonderful season in his final campaign.
Congratulations to Louden Foster on a successful season and fantastic career as a Wildcat cross country runner.
