The West Central Valley Women’s volleyball team had a tremendous run in the postseason come to an end on Thursday night against Nodaway Valley falling 8-25, 11-25, 8-25. It was a great performance for Nodaway Valley, who have now won 11 of their last 12 matches during the postseason. West Central Valley were unable to get going on Thursday, as the visitor thwarted every attacked the Lady Wildcats tried to bring.

West Central Valley had an up and down year, but finished the year strong finishing 6-5 after a winless first 13 games. The team improved throughout the year, and had some big moments throughout the season, including a sweep of their Guthrie County rivals Panorama.

West Central Valley will have some talented coming back for next years team, but will be losing five seniors this year as they will look to reload for the 2020 calendar year.
