7:11am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on Neola Avenue. The accident was located in Guthrie County and an Iowa State Patrolmen covered the accident.

2:22pm: A deputy assisted with an ambulance with a medical call on Q Avenue near 150th Street.

6:58pm: A deputy attempted to locate a truck pulling an anhydrous tank with no lights to the rear on 220th Street near T Avenue.

7:06am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 600 block of South 2nd Street, Rippey.

8:37pm: Samantha Henderson 26 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for driving while revoked and an arrest warrant for failure to appear.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
