The AC/GC volleyball team put their season on the line in a Halloween night showdown.

The Chargers made the trip to Underwood High School to try to avenge a pair of regular season losses with a spot in the regional championship on the line. In their two previous matches this season, the Eagles were able to walk away with two sweeps over the Chargers.

The night did not start well for AC/GC as they fell 25-18 in the first set. The Chargers could not find their footing in the second losing 25-16. With their backs against the wall, AC/GC was able to get hot in set three winning in convincing fashion 25-13. Unfortunately, the Chargers were unable to maintain their success and fell in the fourth and ultimately final set 25-14.

AC/GC officially concludes their season with a 28-8 record.
