Many people may rejoice over receiving an extra hour of sleep this Saturday night, as we reach the end of Daylight Saving Time.
At 2 a.m. this Sunday, clocks will turn back one hour, in effect making the sun rise sooner in the morning and set earlier in the evening. Daylight Saving Time will resume on March 10th, when we turn our clocks forward one hour. With the twice-yearly occurrence of changing clocks, it’s also a recommended time to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
