Cross country teams and runners from all over the Hawkeye state will be racing for gold Saturday in Fort Dodge.

Schools from Guthrie County will be well represented at the big dance. The AC/GC girls qualified as a team after earning first place at the state qualifying meet in Panora last week. The Chargers also qualified three individual runners, Kate Crawford, Rylee Sloss, and Kiersten Knobbe.

Panorama qualified three girls individually. Ella Waddle, Olivia Steffen, and Payton Beckman will be representing the Panthers come Saturday. Raccoon Valley Radio will be giving you live updates from Fort Dodge on 99.7 and 1310 KDLS, K1.079, and KG98.9 starting at noon Saturday.
