The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
The meeting will begin with the Council appointing a new Mayor to fill the vacancy left by Dennis Kunkle who resigned last August. Next, the Council will consider setting a date for their first meeting in November, and setting a date to appoint a Council member due to a vacancy. The Council will then discuss and consider action on a developer agreement with the Utility Board and a professional services agreement with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. for a culvert project. Finally, the Council will consider setting a date to open bids to sell parcels of land for housing development.
The Council meets at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
