The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

The Board will consider for approval one agenda item for a $5,115,000 general obligation urban renewal capital loan note in a distribution of preliminary official statement. The funds will come from tax increment financing (TIF) from the wind turbines to be used on the construction of the career academy with the Greene County School District.

The meeting begins at 8:30am in the boardroom of the courthouse in Jefferson.
