The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The first action items on the agenda both relate to the ongoing courthouse renovation project. First, the Board will consider the final pay application from Trinity Construction, which will cover release of retainage. They will then get an update from the Farnsworth Group architecture firm on the design of the future second floor courtroom. Following that, the Supervisors will have discussion and possible action regarding a termination notice of the County’s 28E agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation for driver’s license services.

At 9:30 a.m. there will be a public hearing on the first amendment to the fiscal year 2020 budget. Also related to the Operations Department, the Board will consider a resolution for FY20 appropriations. Other items on the agenda include: a wetland credit allocation for the City of West Des Moines; an update on the nutrition program; potential write-off requests for the Emergency Medical Services Department; and a medical examiner workshop.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
