Greene County Singers performing at Scranton's Sesquicentennial in 2019

The Greene County Singers are performing tomorrow.

The 30-member choir will be at Central Christian Church in Jefferson at 3pm. The group includes singers from across the county and they perform a variety of songs: secular and sacred, show tunes, patriotic, pop, classical choral and traditional. The director is Sheilah Pound with accompanists Wendy Vander Linden and Michelle Fields. The concert is free and open to the public. 

Anyone who is in high school or older may join the volunteer choir. Rehearsals are on Sunday evenings from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Central Christian Church. To learn more, click the link below or contact Pound at 515-391-0558 and email her at smfailte@gmail.com.
