The Greene County School Board will meet twice tonight.
A work session will begin at 5:15pm. The Board will hear an update from Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency Chief Administrator Jeff Herzberg and Board member Janice Harbaugh. Additionally, the Board will hear a report from the District’s instructional coaches.
The regular meeting will then start at 6:30pm. The meeting will open with a public hearing and consider approval of selling the school property in Grand Junction to the City of Grand Junction. Under old business, the Board will consider approving the 2018-19 treasurer’s report. Next the Board will consider for approval recommendations to the wellness committee, early graduation requests, a language services agreement with Interpreters Unlimited, an agreement with North Central Consortium School, fundraiser requests and a new high school networking equipment purchase. Additionally, the Board will consider approving the first readings to amend board policies of graduation requirements and employee conflict of interest.
Both meetings will take place in the conference room of the administrative building in Jefferson.
