On Monday, the Dallas Center-Grimes Boys’ and Girls’ Cross Country teams competed at the Little Hawkeye Conference Meet and came home as champions.

On six different levels, the Mustangs and Fillies brought home a title; Middle School, Junior Varsity, and Varsity, as well.

Seven of the top 15 runners on the Girls’ side were DC-G athletes.  Finishing second overall was Megan Sterbenz, fourth was Hannah Little, and sixth to cross the finish line was Miranda Muhlstein.

For the DC-G Boys’, The Ramsey boys finished first and third in the Little Hawkeye Conference Meet.

Both Matt Pries’ DC-G Boys’ team, and Justin Droppert’s Girls’ squad will be back in action next Thursday, October 24 in their District meet.
