The Glenwood Rams came out of Adel victorious on a chilly Friday Night against the ADM Tigers defeating them by a score of 54-18. The Rams had a huge night from Wide Receiver John Palmer who had 7 catches 156 yards and 2 touchdowns, and quarterback Zach Carr who had over 400 yards of total offense and five total touchdowns on the night.

The Tigers tried to get things going in the second quarter of play with a big 62 yard rushing touchdown by Tate Stine-Smith, but Palmer countered with a 92 yard kickoff return for a touchdown which really helped shift momentum of the game.

One positive for the defense was getting five sacks on the night, with Nate Conrad, Tom Boorn, and Kaden Sutton all contributing to the total. The Tigers were plagued by turnovers and penalties all night long, and just couldn’t overcome those.

ADM goes to 4-3 on the season and 1-2 in district play, and will travel to Winterset for their final road game of the year next Friday Night.
