Smerlin M Pena Ulloa, age 29 of 500 4th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse assault.

Benjamin Lee Cahall, age 37 of 1415 Otley Ave., Perry was arrested on warrants for failure to appear-original charges of possession of a controlled substance and operate a vehicle without owners consent.

Riese Archer of Perry was traveling in the 21000 block of Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.
