8:06am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 300 block of 119th Street.

10:13am a deputy attempted to locate a reported Emu running at large on M Avenue

near 220th Street.

1:38pm: A deputy investigated an open door in the 1700 block of Quaker Avenue.

2:40pm: James Mosley 46 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

4:15pm: Joseph Pritchard 28 homeless, was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

5:02pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 700 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

9:30pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
