Friday, October 4th

6:57am: Gary Parker reported abandoned property at 606 South Maple Street.

7:44am: Joseph Gliem reported having his property covered in toilet paper at 401 West Russell Street.

8:20am: Teresa Easterday reported a possible violation of a No Contact Order.

8:24am: Kevin Eastman spoke with an officer about an issue he had with his neighbors and security cameras they had installed on their residence.

11:12am: Thomas Oyres reported a possible assault at 104 East Clark Street. This report was found not to be accurate.

2:41pm: Bill Conner spoke with an officer about possible criminal activity.

3:03pm: An officer assisted the Water Department with traffic control at the intersection of South Elm Street and Park Avenue South.

9:05pm: Damien Erps reported several parking violations on East Wilcox Way. As a result, the following Parking Violations were issued; Robert Muhlbauer – Parked Within 10’ of an Intersection. Tong Long – Parked in No Parking Zone.

10:20pm: As a result of a traffic stop at the intersection of West Clark Street and North West Street, Zachary Goff of Jefferson was issued a citation for Following Too Closely.

11:02pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of West Washington Street, Jacob Hubbs (20) of Jefferson was placed under arrest for Possession of Alcohol by Person 18/19/20 – 1st Offense.

Saturday, October 5th

12:51am: An officer responded to 501 ½ East Lincoln Way for an abandoned 911 call.

2:02am: As a result of a Traffic Stop in the 300 block of West Monroe Street, Clint Dennhardt (18) of Jefferson was issued citations for Use of Electronic Communication Device and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability. During the traffic stop, the officer noticed signs of intoxication. The officer administered Field Sobriety Tests. As a result of the tests, Clint was placed under arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated – 1st Offense – Serious Misdemeanor.

5:15am: An anonymous female advised of a possible intoxicated driver leaving the Wild Rose Casino (777 Wild Rose Lane).

6:03am: An officer responded to the Greene County Community Center (204 West Harrison Street) for an alarm. It was determined it was triggered by an employee accidently.

12:11pm: Lori Blumberg spoke with an officer about a civil issue.

5:52pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Lincoln Way, Angela Murphy of Jefferson was issued a citation for Excessive Speed.

10:59pm: An officer responded to HyVee Fast and Fresh (106 West Washington Street) for an alarm. It was determined it was triggered by an employee accidently.

11:48pm: As a result of a traffic stop at the intersection of West Lincoln Way and Elm Street, Jacob Geisler of Churdan was issued a citation for Fail to Obey Stop Sign.

Sunday, October 6th

2:04am: As a result of a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Adams Street, Robert Kovar of Jefferson was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended.

6:32am: Jennifer Schiltz reported a Trespassing complaint at 601 East Lincoln Way. An officer is investigating.

1:45pm: As a result of a Traffic Stop at the intersection of 220th and North Mulberry Street, Daniel Scott was issued a citation for Excessive Speed.

1:49pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Elm Street, Rosie Stoline was issued a citation for Excessive Speed.

5:06pm: Doug Monagin requested a welfare check on a family member. The family member was found to be okay.

5:15pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of North Elm Street, Amanda Huff of Des Moines was issued a citation for Excessive Speed and Violation of Financial Liability Coverage.
