6:08pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an Emu running at large on Y Avenue near 210th Street.
6:43pm: John Sabus 44 of Churdan was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
11:35pm: Jacob Hubbs 20 of Jefferson was booked into jail for possession of alcohol underage.
Saturday, October 5th
3:27am: Clint Dennhardt 18 of Ames was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.
3:31am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 200 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.
7:15am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 290th Street near B Avenue. Billy Welder 56 of Cooper struck a deer with his 2016 Chevrolet Silverado causing an estimated 12,000 dollars damage.
11:22am: A deputy investigated a property dispute in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.
6:21pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 700 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.
7:34pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 220th Street near S Avenue.
8:29pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle on 305th Street near S Avenue.
11:49pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Eaton Avenue.
Sunday, October 6th
1:47am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on N Avenue near 210th Street.
11:11am: A deputy investigated a two-car accident in the 2300 block of 337th Street. Jesse Bennett 23 of Perry was driving at 2004 Ford F150 and heading west. Anthony Moore 33 of Perry was driving a 1997 Ford F250 pulling a trailer and heading East. Both drivers were coming to the crest of a hill and met in the middle of the roadway. Both vehicles sustained an estimated 15,000 dollars damage. Nobody was injured in the accident.
11:53am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 800 block of Main Street, Scranton.
11:57am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on 220th Street near Scranton.
8:49pm: Shawn Ellsbury 51 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
11:23pm: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 2000 block of 250th Street.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
