Residents can learn more about Governor Kim Reynolds’ Future Ready Iowa initiative at a speaker presentation in Greenfield this week.

The Warren Cultural Center is kicking off their Successful Communities Speaker Series this fall with a presentation from two experts on Future Ready Iowa: Jason Plourde, Executive Director of Universal Services and Supports, and Stephanie Lane, Director of Digital Services/Authentic Learning at Green Hills Area Education Agency. Future Ready Iowa focuses on making Iowans aware of opportunities for employment in high demand jobs that pay well, education programs for high demand jobs, scholarships, apprentices, and ways to move Iowa communities forward. The event will be happening at 6:30 p.m. this Thursday, and is free and open to the public.
