It certainly has been a wet week in the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area.

According to the National Weather Service as of Friday morning, Jefferson has seen  2.77-inches of precipitation since Sunday, September 29th. Perry reported 2.63-inches and Guthrie Center had 2.45-inches of precipitation during the same time period. The average October rainfall totals for Jefferson, Perry and Guthrie Center are 0.28-inches. 

National Weather Service officials say other than Saturday morning, there’s no chance of rainfall in the immediate forecast.
