A special meeting is coming up soon that is focused on retail businesses in Greene County.
Greene County Chamber and Tourism Board Past-President Mike Holden invites any business owner, manager or employee to come to the “Retail Revamped” meeting at 5:30pm this Monday at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens Education and Welcome Center.
“Basically it’s a grassroots retail meeting for anyone that can benefit from retail business foot traffic. There’s no need to be a Chamber member or even in the Main Street District. We’re trying to revamp the retail to do anything we can to boost the foot traffic here and help these local businesses out.”
The topics that will be discussed are coordinating calendars and events, along with forming a joint marketing and advertising plan. No pre-registration is necessary to attend the free and public meeting.
