2:43pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of barking dogs in the 400 block of Bell Street, Churdan.

2:45pm: Ahe sheriff investigated a theft complaint in the 600 block of Head Street, Churdan.

5:51pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

6:41pm: A deputy attempted to stop a motorcycle for speeding in Grand Junction. The motorcycle sped up and then lost control during a turn. Jacob Vreugdenhil 23 of Grand Junction was the driver. Jacob was cited for driving while suspended, failure to maintain control, and no insurance accident related. The estimated damage to the 1996 Suzuki GSXR750 had an estimated 1,000 dollars damage.

10:18pm: A deputy assisted the Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office with attempting to locate a subject on 190th Street near K Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
