The West Central Valley Cross Country teams will be competing at home today for their only home race of the season at the West Central Valley Middle School. Teams from all around the area will be competing in the event.

West Central Valley is coming off of a race on Monday at Orient-Macksburg in which saw their star men’s runner senior Louden Foster finish second in the race with a time of 18 minutes and 1 second. He finished just twelve seconds behind the first place runner Joshua Baudler from Nodaway Valley.

On the women’s side Aliyah Dickson is continue to put together a solid fall season with a 13th place finish.

The races will be later on in the afternoon, so will see how the teams do in front of their home crowd.
