Restoration Harmony is partnering with the Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce for a fundraising dinner this weekend, with their first ever “Field to Fork” event.

The multi-course community dinner will feature locally supplied meat, produce, and drinks in an outdoor setting, weather permitting. It will be held Saturday at the square in downtown Adel, with signature drinks and live music starting 6:30 p.m. The dinner will follow at 7 p.m., and the evening will also include raffle drawings and an opportunity to meet the food suppliers. The cost to attend is $85 per person, or $500 for a table of eight.

A portion of the proceeds from the meal will benefit the “Kinnick to Raccoon” trail improvement project, which is currently underway in Adel. The four-phase project includes landscaping along the Raccoon River Valley Trail between the river and Nile Kinnick Drive, lighting the bridge and bridge approach over the river, and a public art piece in the “Shadow of the Rails” theme.
