Over a century after its maiden and final voyage, Guthrie Center residents can learn of the Titanic’s connection to Iowa this week.

The Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library is hosting a free program titled “Iowa’s Lost History on the Titanic” from 6:30-9:30 p.m. this Thursday. Iowa native and author Darcy Dougherty Maulsby will be presenting the program, and it is open to the public.
