perry-homecoming-court-2019

The 2019 Perry High School Homecoming Court has been announced, with 10 seniors now in the running to be named this year’s king and queen.

The court was voted on by the senior class, and the top vote getters will be crowned as this year’s royalty. However, there is no school-wide vote for king and queen, and though the honorees have already been decided, they won’t be revealed until this coming Thursday. This year’s queen candidates include: Angela Hernandez, Carly Herrera, Jasmin Olmos, Magley Orellana, and Hannah Peterson. The contenders for king include: Chase Archer, Tony Burgos, Sean Parnell, Wilber Ramirez, and Ever Tobar.

The coronation ceremony will be held Thursday, starting at 8 p.m., with the festivities to include a pep rally for the community and a bonfire for the students. The event will be broadcast live on AM 1310, FM 99.7 KDLS, and will include interviews with all 10 court members.
